Frequently asked questions

Are research peptides legal in Europe?

They are sold as research chemicals for laboratory use, not as medicines. Rules differ from one country to another: check your national law before ordering.

Do I need a prescription?

No prescription is involved for research reagents labelled “not for human use”. Approved peptide medicines are a different thing and are only dispensed on prescription by a pharmacy.

Will I pay customs duty?

Not for a delivery inside the EU: the parcel is shipped from the EU and stays in the customs union. Outside the EU, local import VAT and fees may apply.

What is a research peptide?

A short chain of amino acids, synthesised and freeze-dried, supplied as a reference substance for in-vitro research.

How pure are the peptides?

The specification is above 99 % by HPLC. For Retatrutide 10/20/30 mg and GHK-Cu 100 mg, the Janoshik reports are published with their verification keys.

Do you deliver across Europe?

OXpeptides ships from the EU to the EU member states with tracking, in 4–6 working days.

Which payment methods are accepted?

On oxpeptides.com: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

How do I order?

Choose the product and size here, tap “Order at OXpeptides”, then complete the order on oxpeptides.com.

How should peptides be stored?

Freeze-dried: cool, dry and away from light, ideally at −20 °C for long periods. Once reconstituted in the laboratory: 2–8 °C.

What is bacteriostatic water?

Water containing 0.9 % benzyl alcohol as a preservative, the usual laboratory solvent for freeze-dried peptides.

Are there discounts?

Shipping is free from €120. Any promotions are shown directly on oxpeptides.com.
