About Selank
Selank (TP-7) is a synthetic heptapeptide, sequence Thr-Lys-Pro-Arg-Pro-Gly-Pro: the tetrapeptide tuftsin extended by Pro-Gly-Pro, which makes it more stable. It was developed at the Institute of Molecular Genetics in Moscow.
Published research concerns its effects on GABAergic signalling and gene expression in animal models.
