About Retatrutide

Retatrutide (LY3437943) is a synthetic peptide of 39 amino acids carrying a C20 fatty-acid side chain. The literature describes it as an agonist of the GLP-1, GIP and glucagon receptors. It is an investigational compound with no marketing authorisation as a medicine in the EU or elsewhere.

It is supplied by OXpeptides as a freeze-dried powder in a sealed glass vial, exclusively as a reference substance for in-vitro research and preclinical laboratory work. EU Peptides has no connection with the developer of the compound.

The three sizes were analysed by Janoshik Analytical on 15 September 2026: 10 mg (task #217194, 99.316 %, 10.59 mg measured), 20 mg (#217014, 99.763 %, 21.88 mg) and 30 mg (#217015, 99.713 %, 32.09 mg).
